Service
We service all mobile and base model 10 and 11 meter radios as well as do tune ups and modifications to these radios.
Additionally, we service and repair competition type copper board linear amplifiers (e.g. Davemade, Xforce and World Wide) as well as the more common types like Texas Star.
We test tubes for a number of older radios and amplifiers. We repair and rebuild rotor boxes and rotors (e.g. CDE and Hy Gain).
Appointments can be made for local installs of mobile setups.
All service work is tested by me personally for quality control before return shipping. We run a fair and honest service department and if we can not fix it there is never a bench charge for unmade repairs. As with all of our service work the shipping is 100% your responsibility and we return ship the same shipper you used for shipping. Your return shipping charges are the actual shipping charges plus $5.00 handling. All repairs are made within 10 business days and paid for in advance of return shipping. All service work left unpaid for 45 days will be sold for charges owed and this includes items that your authorization for the repairs has not been made and return shipping & handling is not paid.
